It is up to the development if sand or snow melt products are to be used. The development can give an agreed upon threshold of when to service the properties— anywhere from 1 inch to 12 inches. Services include mowing, fertilizing, aerating, trimming, weeding, grounds clean up, plant/tree replacement and sprinkler maintenance.
