        Snow RemovalAs part of our management services we contract an outside snow removal company to service each property. Residents can choose to have the snow removed when accumulations hit 1 inch, 3 inches, etc.

        LandscapingLandscaping is managed at most properties which includes services such as mowing, general clean up, trimming, sprinkler mainteance, and weeding. This service is billed at a flat monthly rate Apr to Nov each year.

        Bill ManagementMost party wall developments have only one water meter per building. Some properties also have shared trash bills, fire alarm bills, etc. We pay these bills and split them between the residents each month.

        Trash ManagementFor those properties that have a shared trash service we pay the trash bills, split them evenly between the residents, and also manage issues like missed pick ups, overage charges, etc.

        Backflow Device TestingDenver Water requires most multi-family buildings to test their backflow devices annually for each water tap. We schedule this with an outside company and ensure that Denver Water receives the report every year.

        Water Submeter ReadingIf your development has Mastermeter sub-meters installed on the individual water lines, we can gather the readings each month and use those numbers to calculate the actual monthly water usage per townhome.
